Exosomes are small cellular structures, bubble-like, produced by the mesenchymal stem cells and filled with nucleic acids, proteins, growth factors, and metabolites. Their role is to communicate and/or transfer this “cellular cargo” between stem cell and tissue cells – as a result of this transfer the tissue cells receive valuable molecules that enable tissue rejuvenation and healing. Thus, through secretion of exosomes, stem cells are able to  orchestrate healing of the tissue cells. Once exosomes are applied to the surface of the skin, they begin to act immediately by fusing with skin cells and delivering valuable “cellular cargo” to initiate skin rejuvenation.

No, it is not necessary to refrigerate our products. SŌM SKIN skin care products should be stored at room temperature – 15-30°C (59-86°F).
